Alice Pirsu Interiors specializes in wellness-inspired design for turnkey home renovations, new construction, and design projects. We serve Westchester, Bedford, Rye, and the surrounding areas.
About Alice Pirsu
Principal Designer
Born in Bucharest, Romania, my journey started when I became a professional tennis player at the age of 12. While on tour, I traveled to 50+ countries, where I was immersed in art, language, history, architecture, and rich cultural diversity.
Following my tennis career, my desire to create change in the world led me to a degree in Economics & International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an internship with the U.S. Senate. And yet… I felt something was missing.
Remembering my vibrant childhood around the world, I turned to design, earning a second degree from the New York School of Interior Design in 2005 and working with renowned firms on multi-million dollar homes in NYC, Bedford, and the Hamptons. In 2010, I decided to pursue my own approach to architectural and interior design with the launch of Alice Pirsu Interiors.
With a touch of serendipity, this studio has become a blend of the best of me: the work ethic of a former athlete, my European heritage, my love for art and culture, and my passion for design that cultivates lifelong wellness and belonging.
Just as coming into alignment with myself has shaped our mission and purpose, I believe your essence should be the soul of your home.

Over the past 12 years, we have curated and developed partnerships with the highest quality vendors and trade craftspeople: an upholstery workroom, millwork shop, and more. Through intimate collaboration, every element of your home becomes an intentional layer expressing your story.
